Location: El Cajon, CA

17 miles outside of downtown San Diego. City on the Pacific coast of California known for its beaches, parks, and warm climate. Near the renowned San Diego Zoo, numerous art galleries, museums, and galleries. Idyllic climate, 70 miles of pristine beaches and a dazzling array of world-class family attractions.

Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner

*Full Time Permanent

*Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

*Provide Comprehensive medical care to PACE Program participants, attends to acute and chronic medical needs and pays attention to preventative and rehabilitative care. Incorporates entire interdisciplinary team as appropriate to provide medical care in a holistic manner.

*Experience in community clinic and/or managed care system and experience with the elderly patient population is a plus

*Collaborative relationship to physician and/or medical director

Requirements:

*2 years experience minimum

*Active CA License, BC

*CA DEA

Compensation: Competitive Salary based on level of experience and full comprehensive benefits.
