Your Role with the Company: 

• Full-time, permanent position
• AGNP will provide primary care to a geriatric patient population
• APP will work in an outpatient setting

Professional Background:

• Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner / AGNP
• 2+ years of experience in primary care required
• Licensed in California or in process
• Prefer Spanish Speaker
