Position Description

We are looking for a Full Time dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic and mission-driven team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide a full spectrum of care, from preventive screenings to chronic disease management. You’ll work in a supportive setting alongside a multidisciplinary team, helping improve health outcomes for the diverse and underserved communities we serve.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Flex Schedule: Enjoy the preceding Friday off when working a Saturday shift
  • Competitive Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.66 per mile

Required Qualifications

  • NP Degree
  • Within scope of community practice
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and Excel (familiarity with medical terminology)
  • EHR- Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
  • PMS- Practice Management System (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise
  • Ability to convey a warm, caring attitude for patients while representing the best interest of SJCH
  • CA Medical License, DEA Certificate
  • BLS and PALS certified
  • Board certified or Board eligible within one year of residency training
  • Current CPR Card
  • Employees are responsible for maintaining individual certifications as required by job function or by law and provide Verification and re-certification when requested by management.
