2015 POLST Event

Members of our southern California GAPNA chapter attended the April 16th special presentation for healthcare professionals, discussing the most recent updates to the POLST form, and the best practices for use of the POLST and Advance Care Directives.

We had a wonderful evening enjoying the wine reception with live jazz and dinner hosted by the Alzheimer's Association and took place at the Silverado home office in Irvine. It was a great night for meeting with our fellow GAPNA members and networking with many influential people working in Palliative Care and Long Term Care.
